ABOUT

Thalos Sacritas, also known as Natalya, is an interdisciplinary artist exploring the balance between instinct and rational thought in human behavior. Drawing from philosophy, psychology, therapy and science, her work visualizes the tension between chaos and order. Her work questions whether individuals are guided more by instinct or reason.

Through performance, research, and material experimentation, she explores this duality. Bridging her intellectual and artistic interests through a deeply personal lens.

Resilience is central to her work: how people endure, adapt, and grow through life’s disruptions. She examines how individuals guard their essence, deciding what deserves resilience and what should be let go.  She works interdisciplinary with media such as: installation, film, graphic design and printed media.

As a vocalist in the metal bands The Fifth Alliance and Yantras, she channels themes of resilience, philosophy, and therapy through music. Through her handbound research books, paintings and ceramic works, she hopes to touch something within the viewer. Something that normally remains hidden beneath the surface.
