The project, "The scream room," is an innovative workshop designed to help individuals release pent-up emotions in a controlled and healthy way. Originally conceived as a well-isolated room for emotional release, the project has evolved into structured scream therapy workshops. These workshops combine vocal techniques, mindfulness practices, and physical awareness exercises to ensure a safe and effective emotional release experience.

How it works
Introduction and Overview: Participants are welcomed and introduced to the concept of scream therapy, its origins, and the workshop's objectives.

Full Body Check and Relaxation: Participants engage in a guided body scan meditation and learn relaxation techniques to become physically aware and reduce tension.
Vocal Health and Technique: The workshop covers the basics of vocal health, breathing techniques, and safe vocal practices. Practical exercises help participants prepare for scream therapy.
Scream Therapy Session: In a safe and supportive environment, participants engage in guided scream sessions, both individually and in groups, to release emotions.
Cool Down and Mindfulness: Gentle stretching, breathing exercises, and mindfulness meditation help participants cool down and process their emotions post-session.
Closing and Q&A: The workshop concludes with a recap, Q&A session, feedback collection, and discussion of next steps.
My intention with it
The primary intention behind "The scream room” is to provide a safe and structured way for individuals to release pent-up emotions. By integrating vocal techniques, physical awareness, and mindfulness practices, the workshop aims to:
