Scream Seance

The Scream Seance is a bold and confronting way of dealing with reality. It’s about waking up from passive dreaming and addressing the emotions that need a voice. By doing so, participants can reconnect with who they are, reclaim their strength, and contribute to a stronger, more resilient community. This workshop doesn’t promise to work for everyone, but it offers an opportunity to explore emotions in a meaningful way and to translate them into the determination to better oneself and others.

Vocal Health and Technique

Scream Therapy Session

Participants engage in a guided body scan meditation and learn relaxation techniques to become physically aware and reduce tension. 

The workshop covers the basics of vocal health, breathing techniques, and safe vocal practices. Practical exercises help participants prepare for scream therapy. 

In a safe and supportive environment, participants engage in guided scream sessions, both individually and in groups, to release emotions.

Closing and Q&A

Gentle stretching, breathing exercises, and mindfulness meditation help participants cool down and process their emotions post-session. 

 The workshop concludes with a recap, Q&A session, feedback collection, and discussion of next steps.

My intention with it 

The primary intention behind "The scream room” is to provide a safe and structured way for individuals to release pent-up emotions. By integrating vocal techniques, physical awareness, and mindfulness practices, the workshop aims to: 

  • Help participants feel a sense of emotional release and relief. 

  • Enhance awareness of the importance of vocal health and body mindfulness. 

  • Foster curiosity about vocal techniques and encourage a mindful approach to emotional well-being. 

  • Empower individuals to utilize the power of their bodies and voices for healthy emotional expression.

Bigger groups are possible with time slots of 40 minutes with 20 min. breaks in between.
